Having received a copy of your despatch No. M. 42 of 10th April last to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, I have to acquaint you that Their Lordships have signified to the Accountant General of the Navy that he is directed to pay the sum of £299.3.4 to the credit of the Government of Hong Kong.
